“Oasis in Luanda”

Great hotel! A true oasis in Luanda. The surrounding gardens and swimming pool were a blessing at the end of a hectic day in the city. Will definately return next time. Food was good too!

I was on a business trip to Angola and fortunately booked my stay in Aldeamento da Mulemba. The resort cum hotel is far from airport but is a nice place to relax. I was on a business trip to Angola and fortunately booked my stay in Aldeamento da Mulemba. The resort cum hotel is far from airport but is a nice place to relax. The hotels at Luanda are very costly about $ 400 however this hotel is decently if we compare the prices. The swimming pool and the other facilities are good. The service in the hotel need a lot of improvement.

“Not too bad”

Stayed here during an exhibition late October 2011. Traffic is indeed a nightmare in Luanda and although the distance from the hotel to the exhibition center is only about 9 km, it might take up to 2 hours to get there. Traffic is indeed a nightmare in Luanda and although the distance from the hotel to the exhibition center is only about 9 km, it might take up to 2 hours to get there. Rooms are basic and clean, same for food. Swimmingpool is worn out and needs renovation. Luis, the manager is doing his utmost to compensate for the moderate amenities. He arranged very good transport for us at a very reasonable price(according Luanda standards!). Airco is functioning, but noisy and impossible to fine tune; very hard, hard of off ...

“Ok for Luanda”

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip in Luanda. It made sense given that where we were going was not to far from the hotel and traffic in Luanda is an absolute nightmare. I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip in Luanda. It made sense given that where we were going was not to far from the hotel and traffic in Luanda is an absolute nightmare. It was very, very basic, but it was clean. The food at the restaurant was not great, and as is everything in Luanda, it was very expensive. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful however and even offered us his driver when our driver had not arrived. Also there is a disparity between the hotel and the outside surroundings, and can be a bit disheartening to see the abject poverty right on your door step. Ok place to stay for business and do not expect a "resort" or anything fancy.
