Truly Unforgettable! We stayed at the hotel for a family vacation for 10 days and had an absolutely amazing time. The staff were professional, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A very special moment for us was our daughter's 2nd birthday, and the manager and staffs made it an unforgettable celebration. We’re incredibly grateful for the effort they put into making it such a special day. Huge thanks to the entire team, and a special shoutout to the fantastic Genti, who was always there for us with a smile and genuine care. We truly appreciated everything he did for us. We’ll definitely be coming back – thank you for such a wonderful experience!

“Hoped for better for that price”

During our stay we needed to change rooms once as hot water did not work properly under shower and there was technical problem with the AC. During our stay we needed to change rooms once as hot water did not work properly under shower and there was technical problem with the AC. Rooms itself looked good and renovated, bed comfortable, ours had a big balcony. The hot water problem continued during our stay. The most major issue happened during one night when other drunk tourists accidentally opened our room with their key. Turned out that they were given the master key by accident and the staff promised this wont happen again. Although, during our stay we were given the same masters key, so looks like it is a constant problem there and a huge security issue. The pool are was clean although in a shade at all times due to high buildings around. Unheated, but refreshing during hot days. Hotel had its own beach area within 3min walking distance with sun beds. Beach bar also served drinks for AI guests, wifi was available, but covered about half of the beach area. Food was average, but rather bland and menu repetitive, meat was dry and same things were served for lunch and dinner, white wine tasted like vinegar. Fresh fruit was available and tasted good. Ordered breakfast box once for early leaving tour, but it was not prepared timely although we had ordered it in advance. Also had diarrhea when eating/drinking only at the hotel. Hoped to write more positive feedback, but as a frequent traveler I often rely on other’s feedback, therefore will write my honest review.
