“Nice for a couple of days off the city ”

Good place, nice, clean comfortable. Good for a couple of days off with the family. The good ones: spacious and clean room, the spa area and the massages (really good staff), the natural environment and the setting. The bad ones: the pool music, loud and awful, the indoor pool, hyper crowded, small… lisää

Good place, nice, clean comfortable. Good for a couple of days off with the family. The good ones: spacious and clean room, the spa area and the massages (really good staff), the natural environment and the setting. The bad ones: the pool music, loud and awful, the indoor pool, hyper crowded, small area, few hammocks, the changing rooms small and smelly, the food was good but just standard, the show in the dining room too loud you can't have a relaxed conversation while having dinner. Overall experience is objectively good and recommendable. Could be improved but it's good standard for the interior of Argentina.

“It was great at some time in the past, but it lacks maintenance and management.”

We stayed starting Dec 1-2023. We resrved 3 rooms as we went with our family. Two of the rooms didn't have bath towels in them (we had to ask for them). One of the rooms had poor maintenance (craks on the winow that made imposible to live with so many mosquitoes entering the room). I rain all day … lisää

We stayed starting Dec 1-2023. We resrved 3 rooms as we went with our family. Two of the rooms didn't have bath towels in them (we had to ask for them). One of the rooms had poor maintenance (craks on the winow that made imposible to live with so many mosquitoes entering the room). I rain all day on the first day, so our kids shoes were quie muddy after they have been playing outside, W asked the kids to remove teir shoes and wash their feet. To our surprise, there was nothing to mp the floor with after removing all the mud, so we have to use the hand towels to remove the mud from the bathroom floor. To our suurprise they charged us 10,000 ARS for damaging two hand towels (worth not more than 1000 ARS each) saying that by hotel's policy, muddy towels are not washed, so they gave the towels back to us. I think this was abusive, so I'm writing this review to make future guest aware of this scam.

“Good for a day”

Last sunday I went with my family to spend the day. At first it looked really pacific. But after 11 am, the pool was so crowded that it became annoying. The music wasnt good as well. All day playing a repeating the same reggaeton CD!! In addition, the pool food want good enough ! The price was okey… lisää

Last sunday I went with my family to spend the day. At first it looked really pacific. But after 11 am, the pool was so crowded that it became annoying. The music wasnt good as well. All day playing a repeating the same reggaeton CD!! In addition, the pool food want good enough ! The price was okey but i expected far better. Nevertheless the massages were so relaxing and not expensive ! Really recommended. We had a great time but i would just complain about the music food and the amount of people. But if you are looking for a place to stay and relax one day, you should try it ! Worth it one.
