“Clean, modern but needs refining”

The rooms were good-sized, very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good and had off-street parking. AC worked great and they have a fantastic pool on top of the building. The rooms were good-sized, very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good and had off-street parking. AC worked great and they have a fantastic pool on top of the building. My slight complaints are: water from the shower goes everywhere unless you put a towel where the glass wall ends, the toilet paper is terrible ( spend a few pesos more and offer something of higher quality than newspaper), and the checkout time of 10:30am is ridiculously early. We were threatened with a late fee if late when we inquired about the checkout time. I understand that it is a little expensive but not much competition in that area.

“Pretty nice”

We stayed here for two days at the end of our two week South American tour. It's close to the airport, which is why we picked it. It was close to the main street with lots of restaurants, which was nice since we didn't have a car. See my other reviews for the tour guide we used during the day. … lisää

We stayed here for two days at the end of our two week South American tour. It's close to the airport, which is why we picked it. It was close to the main street with lots of restaurants, which was nice since we didn't have a car. See my other reviews for the tour guide we used during the day. He was excellent. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was decent. Our beds (twins) were small... but they gave us the opportunity to have a king bed. The tv, ac, wifi all worked fine. English was not widely spoken here but they were kind and patient and we worked it out with help from the translator ap on the phone. The gentleman in the coffee bar was especially nice bringing us coffee and forks for the dessert we brought in, doing this all after they were closed and he was cleaning up. The one thing I wish they did differently was to have some of Fader's art work in the hotel. They did have art on the walls but none of it was Fader's ... from what I saw. Which is too bad, he's a brilliant artist.

I've stayed there several times since they open up in 2013. They are improving their level of services in particular the wifi net which uses to drop down easily, and works properly now. The kitchen should get better even though It's not that bad. Just need a small touch of sophistication. All in a… lisää

I've stayed there several times since they open up in 2013. They are improving their level of services in particular the wifi net which uses to drop down easily, and works properly now. The kitchen should get better even though It's not that bad. Just need a small touch of sophistication. All in all, a clean, well located and friendly-run hotel, with a good breakfast service. Still the best choice if you want to stay at Cerro de las Rosas.

BL: unless you really have a short overnight before a flight, or can get the room under US $50, there are better options elsewhere. BL: unless you really have a short overnight before a flight, or can get the room under US $50, there are better options elsewhere. Stayed here on last night of Arg trip, flying out from COR next morning. Hotel is only 15 min from airport, maybe 20 minutes (in other direction) to downtown Cordoba. Pros: proximity to airport; rooms fairly modern; neighborhood was fine. Cons: 1. no noise insulation to speak of (not in walls, doors, or windows). Very, very difficult to sleep when we could hear every door in hotel closing, every car driving by, dogs barking, televisions in other rooms. 2. Price. we paid $95, which was significantly more than our stay at a far better hotel downtown (Amerian Executive Cordoba) a week prior. No way this hotel is worth anywhere near that price. Staff spoke no English (our Spanish is weak, so not blaming them). Not a great experience here, but Cordoba is definitely worth a visit.
