This hotel is top quality and an outstanding value. The hotel itself is contemporary in style and in excellent condition. Its location couldn't be better - easy walking to all historical and cultural sites as well as the happening Guemes neighborhood. Rooms are well-appointed, great A/C. Rooftop pool (small), gym and spa lovely (massages are a great deal!). Included breakfast is extensive. The staff are utterly lovely - they couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Without a doubt one of the best value high-end hotels it has been my pleasure to visit. Highly recommend!

“A 7111.hotel.”

Clean and quiet. Good value. Taxis will pick you up at the Montevideo St entrance. This means luggage must go up and down about 6 steps. The staff is very alert to offer help as needed. The front entrance is at Yrigoyen street level . Turn left and you get Roma which has incredible ice cream.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Nueva Cordoba. You can walk pretty much everywhere. It is a lively area so there will be noise at night. We had a very pleasant stay. The rooftop pool has beautiful city views. Highly recommended.

By far the worst thing about this hotel is the location and how locals use the main road the hotel is on: they drive very loud cars and motorcycles on the main road, revving and roaring their motors 11pm to 4am every night.… lisää

This is listed as a three-star hotel, and that strikes me as about right. By far the worst thing about this hotel is the location and how locals use the main road the hotel is on: they drive very loud cars and motorcycles on the main road, revving and roaring their motors 11pm to 4am every night. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but the location and lack of good windows to stop the loud noise means it’s a bit of a miserable experience sleep-wise. I used earplugs most nights, but when you need to set an alarm and wake up at a certain time, ear plugs can’t be used. I didn’t get much sleep here as a result. They have a mini-split in the room, which normally would be great because it allows for a lot of control, but the unit wasn’t working the day I arrived and it got really hot in my room. I had to call four times and ask in person for them to send someone up to fix it. I believe they thought I didn’t know how to use it, but when the maintenance guy finally came up and realized it was truly malfunctioning, he apologized. I think the AC gets confused by the power cutting out when you remove your keycard from the slot near the door. I had to remember to turn the unit off with the remote before leaving, but once it started working it was excellent. The WiFi is fast enough, but they seem to have a WiFi setup that doesn’t let your phone connect properly, I was constantly manually re-connecting it. The elevator is weird here: these bright lights come on when you get inside and it starts moving, and then they turn off when you leave. The elevator also operates like an amusement ride, accelerating quickly at the beginning and at the end it drops quickly. If someone is sensitive to motions like that, it might make them sick. They don't have a staff elevator, so the cleaners and staff move up and down in the main elevator. I got in one time on my floor to go down, and a staff member got out; when I got in the elevator, he’d pressed buttons for two other floors so it took a bit for me to get down to the main floor. You're competing with the staff here for elevator time. The included breakfast was quite good! Nothing fancy, but I enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries each day. I appreciated this very much. They have an open shower design, so every single time I showered I ended up with a sopping wet bathmat. Thankfully, it’s a very small bathroom and so it doesn’t get cold if you close the door. There are little things like there being no tissues, so I had to constantly use toilet paper to blow my nose (I had a cold at the time). Even something as simple as a soap dish not being there, which means the soap gets mushy because it sits in water. These are things there are well-established solutions for. The only chair in the bedroom is a creaky plastic chair that is uncomfortable, so it's not a great place to do work, but on the plus side at least there is a sizable desk with power at desk level. That was handy. Checkout is like it was 20 years ago. I tried calling down and saying I was checking out, but was told I couldn’t do that. You have to bring the key to the front desk and they ask you if you used anything from the minibar, etc. It’s not an awful hotel by any means, but would I stay here again knowing what I know now? Absolutely not.
