Considering how small Victoria is, this place is a very good choice. The place looks and feels old but they do a good job with the upkeep in general. Overall, it has some flaws but is very good

“How staff can enhance anything!”

Only stayed for a couple of days on way to Paraná. Surprising to find such a good hotel in a place few people visit. The casino, of course is the main attraction! The rooms are fine, altho' view in ours was horrible. But you're not supposed to stay in your room. Nice town to walk around in. The… lisää

Only stayed for a couple of days on way to Paraná. Surprising to find such a good hotel in a place few people visit. The casino, of course is the main attraction! The rooms are fine, altho' view in ours was horrible. But you're not supposed to stay in your room. Nice town to walk around in. The staff, front desk and restaurant, are excellent! Very helpful. We'd stay there again any time. However, this hotel, like most hotels in Argentina right now, is very expensive.

“Good options for a short vacation”

We were looking to get a way for a few days between Christmas and New Year. Not too far from Buenos Aires but not on the beach, good weather, activities for all the family. We were looking to get a way for a few days between Christmas and New Year. Not too far from Buenos Aires but not on the beach, good weather, activities for all the family. This hotel have nice swimming pools (outside and inside). The town is really close and very nice to walk around and have dinner or lunch. Also you have a Water Park (Called Victoria del Agua) with thermal baths, regular pools and water slides. Very good option for 3 to 4 days. I did not get to enjoy the SPA but looked promising. What I did NOT like: It is NOT a 5 star hotel service. The staff is good but far from what you expect from a 5 star hotel. There were no Children activities, just some games and stuff for them that you can request. Kids pool was more a fountain that needed a little bit more of maintenance.

Spent a weekend at the hotel. Hotel is good but definitely not five stars accommodation as published (I would go for a three-star rating according to international standards, rather). The casino offers shows and dinner at convenient rates and the spa is acceptable. The pool outside offers a scenic view and seems to be great for relaxation (especially with hot temperatures). Unfortunately, we could not use it due to bad weather conditions. We loved to pay a visit to the city and have dinner across from the main square where there are some historic buildings that have been remodeled and work as pubs. The Jockey Club is a great site to have dinner,as well.
