“Hotel review by a Canadian couple.”

Excellent location Hotel rooms were clean & comfortable. Small though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Need to set up more seating. Also it would be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room with cups. Complimentary coffee available in the day only… lisää

Also it would be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room with cups. Complimentary coffee available in the day only till 7 pm. Otherwise all good. I would stay there again.

“Lovely hotel in ‘downtown’ location. Great staff and facilities but pretty noisy at night!”

Lovely hotel, good facilities and friendly staff. Our room was absolutely fine for the three days we were there. The location is very close to ‘downtown’ which is very lively from about 5pm with an array of places to eat and drink. The downside was that the hotel was packed so finding a table at br… lisää

Lovely hotel, good facilities and friendly staff. Our room was absolutely fine for the three days we were there. The location is very close to ‘downtown’ which is very lively from about 5pm with an array of places to eat and drink. The downside was that the hotel was packed so finding a table at breakfast was difficult and the noise level in the evening was pretty loud, with music playing until about 4am. We turned our air con up to drown it out but it wasn’t ideal for a good nights sleep! All in all a good hotel though.

This is a big hotel in town of Iguazu. It is close to a hub of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. . Can be a bit noisy with music pumping in evenings but doesn’t go too late. This is a big hotel in town of Iguazu. It is close to a hub of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. . Can be a bit noisy with music pumping in evenings but doesn’t go too late. The rooms are not overly flashy but comfortable. We had a room with 2 single beds which was a bit confusing as they could see from booking we were a married couple. Upstairs pool and bar area is great especially in evenings with the view though some of the drinks were expensive. The buffet breakfast was very good with many different choices. We had one evening meal there which was okay. Some of the staff could be friendlier and more attentive.

While the hotel is in the centre its lacking flare, atmosphere, design and in my view the roof bar & pool area & the restaurant on the ground floor could do with a complete make over. While the hotel is in the centre its lacking flare, atmosphere, design and in my view the roof bar & pool area & the restaurant on the ground floor could do with a complete make over. The food & drinks in both areas are of good standard. The breakfast which starts before 6.30am is busy but the food is good. Room was noisy due to street music which made us loose sleep when u have to get up early. Elevator could do with a good cleaning.
