“Easy access from bus terminal, pleasant patio area.”

For us, it was perfect, we got off the bus, walked across the street, got a room for 3 nights without a reservation. Not because they weren't full, we just happened to be there middle of the week, we took the last room. This pat of the trip, we needed esy access to the bus terminal. Very affordable… lisää

For us, it was perfect, we got off the bus, walked across the street, got a room for 3 nights without a reservation. Not because they weren't full, we just happened to be there middle of the week, we took the last room. This pat of the trip, we needed esy access to the bus terminal. Very affordable. Relaxing patio area with a small pool. Free breakfast, nothing spectacular, except there was FRESH squeezed orange juice, the girl was there in the kitchen patio squeezing away for hours, because THOSE were some delicious oranges, everybody drank that right up! Pleasing staff. Internet connection only worked one of the three days. Be careful of the "towel rules", we ended up without towels one day. They do have an area where you can lock up your stuff.

“Hostel - straight across the road from the bus station - very convenient”

Hostel located across the road from the main bus terminus so its a very handy location in getting to and from Iguazu Falls as well as other destinations in Argentina and Brazil. I stayed in one of the rooms next to the reception - these can be quite noisy as people are out drinking in the courtyard… lisää

Hostel located across the road from the main bus terminus so its a very handy location in getting to and from Iguazu Falls as well as other destinations in Argentina and Brazil. I stayed in one of the rooms next to the reception - these can be quite noisy as people are out drinking in the courtyard until the early hours of the morning. Very basic, it's a hostel afterall. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

This was our first stop in South America so we weren't sure what to expect. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to help us communicate with our basic Spanish. This was our first stop in South America so we weren't sure what to expect. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to help us communicate with our basic Spanish. It's close to a 24 hour bakery down the road, which is good when you're getting used to the time difference. It's across the road from the bus terminal to get to the falls and it's walking distance from the three borders, if you don't mind making a day of it. The breakfast is good and even though they have a bar and an outdoor 'cinema', it wasn't a party hostel and the atmosphere was laid back. The room, however, was damp and had a musty smell. The television didn't work so there was nothing to block out the noise from the streets. We were told that we would be given towels but this didn't happen, even after raising this with them on the second day. The wifi doesn't work, so you will need to use the computers in the main reception area, which have a very slow internet connection.
