“Comfortable nothing special”
Great parking for motorcycles. Location in the city centre is very convenient to most restaurants. My fridge didn’t work but was promptly replaced. Good shower TV and air con. “Clean but without any atmosphere”

“Good Location, Marginal Amenities ”
The Alkazar Hotel, though Centrally located near the Plaza, is a hotel past its prime and in need of a major overhaul. Our tour our agency booked us here, we didn't choose it ourselves. “Great location”
The hotel is very well located right in downtown. The building is very nice but in desperate need of updating. Carpet, furniture, everything is dated. “Great location, needs improvement”
We stayed at Alkazar for three nights. The hotel is in a great location, one block from Plaza 25 de Mayo and the pedestrian streets of downtown San Juan. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area.
