It was my about seventh my stay at the hotel. Everything is excellent, as always. The staff and the management know their business well. The rooms are quiet. There's a decent-sized pool downstairs, open even in winter. Almost no guests goes to the pool in winter, so one can say it's like a private place btw. The location is superb — it's a 20-minute walk to the city center. One can also take the metro — the Bagramyan station is just of a two-minute walk away. I'd also like to mention the hotel restaurant, the Violet restaurant. I've tried almost every meal there—it's excellent. And hotel guests get a 20% discount in it. In general Yerevan is a really cool, soulful place, and the Dave Hotel is a part of it.

“Sad decline of Dave Hotel but I’m hopeful of improvement”

Sadly this hotel has went down in quality over the past three years. The staff wasn’t kind nor helpful during breakfast, checkin, nor during the stay relevant to giving helpful information. Sadly this hotel has went down in quality over the past three years. The staff wasn’t kind nor helpful during breakfast, checkin, nor during the stay relevant to giving helpful information. The air conditioning had problems for two days and the breakfast area had water all area the food area. The omelettes were absolutely horrible the past two stays and they even tried to charge me an additional price for the omelette! I refused because it was so horribly made then I sent it back to the kitchen. The room was as advertised and comfortable. The location is very good. The views are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE of a loud street or broken buildings all around. The pool was quite refreshing as was the sauna. I truly hope this hotel makes the necessary adjustments to accommodate with more professionalism and better quality breakfast. As it is these days, it is THREE star at best. Do not become ANY reviewer stating anything higher. The potential for high four star is possible but not a reality since 2022.
