It's worth downloading the gg taxi app to get a taxi price at a reasonable price. Beware of taxis at the airport and in the city: compare and agree on the price of the trip in advance. Otherwise, there may be unpleasant surprises. Money exchange: at the airport you should exchange a small amount to get into the city (a couple of banks in the arrivals hall, which are apparently also open at night, e.g. Fastbank). In the city, you can exchange money, for example, at the SAS supermarket (near the hotel, I got the best rate) or at the bank.
