Stayed there for a couple of days and honestly, it was such a great experience. The place itself was amazing, but what really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Artur at the Front Desk and Hayk the bellman. From the moment I arrived until I left, they made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Would definitely love to come back again!

“better than this sure you cannot find”

here is the most best location for hotel in Gyumri, the price a bit high but if you want service , rest and clean rooms you must choose this, thanks a lot the staff. they also has organize tour for me, and honestly was fantastic .

The entire Gyumri Radisson staff was very professional, welcoming, helpful, and kind. The room was as advertised and comfortable for its size. The view is just absolutely horrible. The entire Gyumri Radisson staff was very professional, welcoming, helpful, and kind. The room was as advertised and comfortable for its size. The view is just absolutely horrible. Everything building the view is broken, old, falling down, dark, and depressing. The breakfast could certainly use fresh juice , more selections, and more fresh fruit. Apples, oranges, and bananas were available so it was without any fresh fruit. Eggs cooked fresh to order in the breakfast area included freshly made omelettes. The omelettes was very good, however, the hotel should invest in training the kitchen staff to prepare omelettes and eggs with more expertise. Nonetheless, I certainly enjoyed my breakfast completely!! A decent variety of jams, bread, and sweets. No variety in the breakfast sides but there were 2-3 different sausages and bacon every morning. Pancakes and waffles were not freshly made and seemed delivered frozen or prepped elsewhere. Only apple and orange juice from the carton and average quantity. If a hotel claims to be FIVE STAR then there must be some upgrades across the board. Having said all this, I would recommend this hotel as a low 4 star (absolutely not 5 star)…and I would stay again. The professional service and effort of the entire staff, breakfast (as is) and overall kindness of all at the hotel was very pleasing and appreciated. Bottled water every day, extra pillow, offers to help, etc and all with kindness and a smile every day! One other caveat, church bells will be heard every morning at 9am and other times during the day. Personally, I absolutely loved hearing Armenian Orthodox Christian church bells.
