“Great stay, comfortable and ideal location”

Stayed here for 3 nights, $360 in total. Room was definitely good in terms of size and comfort. Enjoyed the sitting area separate from the bed area, two comfortable chairs and a lounge. Balcony was good size with two chairs and a table. We were moved rooms on the first night as there was a loud neurodivergent child next door, staff were accommodating and moved us to a ‘upgraded room’. Bathroom was smaller (first one was very large with a bath) but we had an ocean view. Bed in first room was nice and firm, second room it was too soft. Went down for happy hour each night, enjoyed their daily soup $16.50. Didn’t use the pool as it was winter but lovely walks along the beach and nearby headlands. If you don’t get your room serviced daily, they provide a $10 voucher for the bar. Good facilities in room for tea and coffee, asked reception to use their microwave for a heat pack. Would stay again as the staff, location and overall experience was good. The common areas were nice and you felt a holiday vibe.

“Unsatisfactory”

Staff were very pleasant and helpful but the room was very tired. The bathroom had holes in the wall and not very clean. See photos attached We paid $250 a night for this but will never stay again as my complaint to them was just brushed off
