“Really Good Motel!”

I really recommend this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the check-in process was really easy. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Also had our own parking space. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Esperance!

Very clean, spacious rooms with everything we needed. Reception/check in process was easy and the staff very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job refreshing our room too. Definitely recommend Bayview and would stay here again 😊

If you want fancy, this isn't it. This is spotlessly clean, dated and with a very small spaced kitchen area. But you get what you pay for here, even more than the price suggests. Also clean, well serviced BBQ and covered outdoor area. We booked here because our usual was booked out and everything else was much more expensive, other than here. The staff and cleaners were friendly, efficient. Close to town, to the beach .

“Should I Stay or Should I Go?”

I will admit that on arrival I really did not like the room. The walls are just painted brick giving the impression of a garage and there was a funny smell, not bad just a noticeable smell. I will admit that on arrival I really did not like the room. The walls are just painted brick giving the impression of a garage and there was a funny smell, not bad just a noticeable smell. However, once we got settled in the smell seemed to go. The room was shabby with lots of scrapes and scores on the beside tables and desk/luggage storage. However, the room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area with a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. There was also a small table and chairs. The bathroom was surprisingly modern with a very good shower. The only improvement would be to have some storage space in the bathroom. Storage in general wasn’t great, two small drawers and no wardrobe, just a small built-in cupboard with 4 hangers, we didn’t bother unpacking. On our second night some of the electric sockets and the TV stopped working, as it was after 7:00pm reception wasn’t open. Next morning when a cleaner arrived we mentioned it and she immediately got a maintenance engineer, who fixed the problem immediately and then came to our room to check everything was functioning. The motel is handy for the esplanade and beach and also for walking into town. I would just mention that despite its name, there is no view of the bay . Would I stay again? despite not liking the style of the room, the motel is clean and well situated, so I would probably stay again.
