Everything about our 1 night stay was excellent. Went to the bar for a couple of espresso martinis and ended up having wine tastings that were provided by the fantastic bar attendant. We ended up buying 2 bottles went back to our Deluxe King Suite room over looking the River which by the way is a beautiful room with a bath and a view of the water. When we got back there was a lovely note with another free bottle of wine and chocolates. We ordered room service for dinner which was also lovely. The remote did not work for the TV so we rang reception and maintenance was there in 10 minutes and it was an easy fix. Staff, food, drinks and view 10/10. Breakfast was also amazing and with a view of the river. We will be back.🥰

We are a family of three who booked two rooms for seven nights, from May 30 to June 6, 2026. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent — well-mannered, patient, and very helpful, even during the unusual flooding on May 31 that caused a sudden road closure outside the hotel. Despite receiving no prior notice from the authorities, the team handled the situation professionally and did everything they could to assist both current and arriving guests. Special thanks to Sir JAMES, the Night Manager, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious, with comfortable beds. Housekeeping was outstanding, especially Ms. ARMAE, who catered to all our needs with care and efficiency. Breakfast at Reel Restaurant was delightful, offering a good variety of options. Mr. Trung was consistently courteous and professional, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. We appreciated the juicer, and we’d like to commend the chefs (though we didn’t catch their names) for accommodating our dietary needs as Muslims by providing alternatives to pork — a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. 18 Knots, the rooftop bar and restaurant, was another highlight, with its marvelous 360-degree view of the city. The hotel’s location is perfect — convenient and within walking distance to everything we needed. We had a pleasant stay and appreciate the staff for making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

My sister and i checked into the hotel on the 19th of July 2026. We got an early check in at 1/30pm. Which was great. We were starving and ordered a club sandwich from the room service menu. My sister and i checked into the hotel on the 19th of July 2026. We got an early check in at 1/30pm. Which was great. We were starving and ordered a club sandwich from the room service menu. A gentleman called Trung delivered the meal. He was so professional, courtesy, and made us feel welcome. We remembered him from our previous stay at the hotel at breakfast, Just excellence service from him. Will be back there again. Take note Westin hotel Perth you need to put the club sandwich on your room service menu.

“Base for visiting family”

The check in experience was very poor. Thankfully someone else took over and was great. Location was great . Room itself comfortable, carpet dirty and could do with a decent clean. The check in experience was very poor. Thankfully someone else took over and was great. Location was great . Room itself comfortable, carpet dirty and could do with a decent clean. Breakfast staff and quality of food / temperature was very good. Did not enjoy the rooftop / dining so would not use that if coming back to Perth. If not for how check in was handled and no management call as requested I’d give it gives 4 star.
