We enjoyed our two night stay. We didn’t go to the spa but the vibe of the whole place was very relaxing. We enjoyed our two night stay. We didn’t go to the spa but the vibe of the whole place was very relaxing. I spent a couple of hours late one afternoon sitting out on the verandah in the late afternoon sun reading my book and enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was lovely and spacious and continental breakfast was good. The evening port was a nice touch! The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was about 10 mins to drive into Denmark and we went into town both nights for a meal

“Gem in the forest and near beautiful Ocean beach .”

Loved our 2 nights here . Beautiful grounds and nice property .We’re not into spa treatments but the whole place has a relaxing vibe . Enjoyed our great loft room with spa and balcony with sweeping view overlooking bay . Lovely breakfast and all day tea/ coffee / port and delicious afternoon tea t… lisää

Enjoyed our great loft room with spa and balcony with sweeping view overlooking bay . Lovely breakfast and all day tea/ coffee / port and delicious afternoon tea treat . Helpful owners and good spot to be based to tour surrounding galleries / wineries / tea rooms and not far drive to beautiful beaches. Definitely recommend for a few day disconnect .

“Efficiently run”

A very well run establishment. Very clean, excellent continental breakfast and good rooms. Sea view rooms are a long way from the sea! Plenty of tea and coffee always available and port late afternoon is a nice touch. About 10 minutes from town and very quiet. We did not use the spa, but it cert… lisää

Plenty of tea and coffee always available and port late afternoon is a nice touch. About 10 minutes from town and very quiet. We did not use the spa, but it certainly looked a fabulous facility.

“Disappointing”

My daughter had a body buff and one-hour massage (Xmas present) last Monday with Kate and left feeling underwhelmed. The body buff was meant to be one hour but lasted only around 30 minutes, and the entire appointment — including a shower — was finished in about 1.5 hours. She completed the pre-tr… lisää

My daughter had a body buff and one-hour massage (Xmas present) last Monday with Kate and left feeling underwhelmed. The body buff was meant to be one hour but lasted only around 30 minutes, and the entire appointment — including a shower — was finished in about 1.5 hours. She completed the pre-treatment questionnaire and clearly requested focus on her head during the massage, yet this was completely ignored. She said she almost cried because she was so disappointed that her preferences were not followed and her head was not touched at all. I was especially disappointed, as my own past experiences here have been outstanding. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I won’t be purchasing gift vouchers again.
