“Tranquil anniversary escape.”
It was our second time staying at the cottages, this time we had stayed in fern cottage for our anniversary. “Peace and quiet in the hills”
We stayed at the Fern cottage over the Easter weekend. The cottage itself is lovely and of a high standard, everything we needed was provided for. The grounds are truly special, there are several spots to relax outside and enjoy the truly amazing views of the mountains and valley below and at night… lisää

“Great country getaway”
We just enjoyed a wonderful short break at Wombat Hills Cottages near Mansfield. The cottage was very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Fern Cottage was a peaceful haven, perfect for our visit to Mounts Stirling and Buller. We loved the layout and architecture of the cottage - atmospheric, yet practical, and very well equipped. “Beautiful setting with lake and spacious cottages well separated from each other.”
