Excellent, could not be faulted. Rooms may be dated but - clean TVs - great Bathrooms - Great Beds -very comfortable Location 10/10 Staff 11/10 Loved it

We stayed two nights at this motel and could not have had a warmer or more friendly and helpful welcome from Michaela and her partner, Steve. (They even had a paperback exchange!) We stayed two nights at this motel and could not have had a warmer or more friendly and helpful welcome from Michaela and her partner, Steve. (They even had a paperback exchange!) Ideally located a short walk from Park Beach the place has a delightful small swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs. the room itself was quite small with only a small table for working and a couch - but it had everything you would need and was both comfortable and quiet. Coffs harbour itself is a short (4 minute) drive away where you can visit Muttonbird island (good views) and the other beaches - no better than Park beach.

Located just a few 100 yards away from the enormous sandy Park beach this small motel was a delightfully place to stay. The jetty area was a few minutes drive away and it was a good location for visiting Mutton bird island and the botanic gardens. Although our room was quite small it had a double b… lisää

Located just a few 100 yards away from the enormous sandy Park beach this small motel was a delightfully place to stay. The jetty area was a few minutes drive away and it was a good location for visiting Mutton bird island and the botanic gardens. Although our room was quite small it had a double bed, flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and cutlery and crockery together with wardrobe space, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a small couch., There was a small table on which to have breakfast. The bathroom with a shower and toilet and wash basin was also small but worked well. The pool area was absolutely delightful and was a good size with sun loungers a barbeque area and a table and chairs if you wanted to use them. We liked this place and in particular we appreciated the warm helpful welcome from Michaela and Steve who managed the property. They provided complimentary milk, advice about the local area, and even some second-hand books for us to read! Nearby there were shops and places to eat although we never quite got our heads around the local geography!

“Shocked when we saw what we had payed for, it was like a butlins chalet!!!”

Very tired looking rooms, the net curtains had mould on them, the bathroom was so small myself and my husband couldn’t fit in there together, the shower very poor, and very small I had trouble fitting in it and I’m not fat. The room reminded me of prefabricated huts that were used during the war. T… lisää

Very tired looking rooms, the net curtains had mould on them, the bathroom was so small myself and my husband couldn’t fit in there together, the shower very poor, and very small I had trouble fitting in it and I’m not fat. The room reminded me of prefabricated huts that were used during the war. The noise from people showering above was horrendous, there was a white light beneath the tv, was so bright, it flickered all night in the end we put a towel over it as we couldn’t sleep. We would not recommend. Very dark and dingey .
