“A Little Motel but a Big Surprise”
Thank you for a very good stay on Saturday evening 4 January 2025. We stayed in Room 4. We could not have been more impressed. “Unscented linens! Considerate staff!”
Cheap & cheerful accommodations without synthetic fragrances on the quality bedding...such a relief. Single bedding still has slight residual fragrance as of April '23, byo if your kids are super sensitive. The staff were friendly and very considerate when I got the flu. “Convenient Location - Well worth considering for your Grafton stay”
The Civic Motel is located in a Convenient CBD location. The rooms were pleasant & clean. The bathroom was good and the shower had good pressure. The reception Staff were friendly. The motel doesn’t have a lot of rooms so it was a fair bit quieter than some of the motels we had recently stayed in!… lisää

“Quick overnight stay”
Overnight stay here. Excellent location, clean, tidy and everything you’ll need. We felt safe and comfortable. No food services on site but a short walk down the road we found the clock tower hotel. “Too expensive for what you get”
The staff were really nice and obliging but the motel is out dated. It was as clean as you could possibly get an aged room. The heating was nice but far too loud.
