“Best accommodation in a long while”

We had an enjoyable stay here. It’s honestly been the best accommodation I have been to in a long time. The bed was so soft and comfy. The towels were soft and fluffy. I could not fault the apartment and I will definitely book here again.

We were 100% happy with our stay. Our room was amazing and much larger than expected which was a lovely surprise! The full kitchen, laundry, and large balcony was amazing to have! And the bed was absolutely top notch (very large and comfortable). We said a couple of times during our stay that we could definitely happily live in the apartment for an extended period of time! We arrived to a lovely hand written note on the table welcoming us to the apartment - there was even a little goodie bag filled with mints, lollies + chocolate! The air-conditioner was on when we arrived which was very pleasant to walk in to. There was also soft music playing through the tv which was a really nice touch that I had yet to experience anywhere else! Communication was also top notch - we received multiple text messages during our stay making sure nothing had been overlooked on their end and letting us know to get in contact if there was anything we may need. The secure parking on site with elevator straight to our floor was very convenient and much appreciated with as much luggage as we had. We will definitely be back to stay with Terminus Apartment Hotel next time we come to Newcastle and have already recommended to a few of our friends and family!

“Cool New York style apartment hotel.”

I chose this hotel for a short getaway as I prefer apartment hotels over bed only establishments. I chose this hotel for a short getaway as I prefer apartment hotels over bed only establishments. I travelled by train from Sydney and it was an easy transfer to the Metro and then to Queens Wharf station and then a two minute walk. The staff were warm, helpful and friendly in all interactions. There was a small bowl of snacks always waiting for guests near check in desk. This was repeated in room with a personal welcome note and small bag of goodies. Room was large, spotlessly clean, well laid out and I even had a small balcony. Bed was super comfortable, with extra blanket and pillows available in wardrobe which in itself was very large. Kitchen had everything needed for a short stay, including a microwave and coffee machine. There was a well equipped laundry though I did not need to use it. My room was quiet and I wanted to go to Customs Hotel which is opposite but it is not open Mon/Tuesday so I went for a walk to nearby Nobby's Beach which is stunning. Only negative was having few ancillary items in bathroom.I'm lucky I had a spare shower hat. I give 5 stars because I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and couldn't fault anything.

“Well Located Hotel”

Well located and comfortable good size clean apartment. Friendly, accommodating staff, as a request for a late check out was no issue at all. My room, facing the main street, did experience same noise from traffic and trams, but noy enough the disturb my sleep.
