“Decent accommodation in central location”
We had 2 nights at the Clarendon and were very happy with the location, our room and the standard of accommodation. “We haven’t actually been here but still the service was brilliant, so one day we will!”
So I accidentally booked a hotel in Newcastle for one night, not realising it was Australia. They still refunded me even though it was q non refundable booking which is fabulous as I live in Sheffield UK and meant to book for Newcastle UK. Phew! Thanks to Errin 🙂

“Value For Money”
We stayed in the balcony suite, one double bed and a sofa bed for two nights. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean with a good shower. The room was quiet at night. “The Clarendon hotel great venue awesome staff.”

“Expensive pub accommodation”
I was in town for a job interview and thought this was a hotel, as the price didn't suggest it was pub accommodation. It definitely is pub accommodation and while the room was nicer than the average, everything was worn and the lighting terrible. The 'kitchenette' was extremely basic with no sink a… lisää
