Good basic motel all facilities and at the usual clean basic spec. Disconcerting picture of Elvis above the bed for couples but that was the only downside.

When I arrived at the Memphis Motor Inn, it had this country, peaceful style appearance, with healthy, luscious looking vines hanging from the roof – you would mistakenly think, you’re staying at a vineyard. When I checked in, the lady at the desk, was ever so welcoming and helpful of where to dine, plus the most convenient one to dine at… within ten-minute walking. Checked into the room and it looked amazing – excellent value for money! The room offers all the comforts, free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, the necessary kitchen appliances and complimentary soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The room we had, was recently renovated and you also have a free parking space provided on the premise. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable and the bathroom spacious – the room was clean and tidy. I could not fault our accommodation nor the service. Our purpose of our stay was to see the famous ‘The Dish’, which was conveniently a 20-minute drive away. However, being situated on the highway, we had a shocker of a sleep or lack of. There are constant trucks driving by and boy are they so noisy. But we only stayed there overnight, it didn’t kill us, we survived. I would recommend this place but perhaps bring along earplugs.

Really you get what you pay for, the rooms are not large, but everything is nice and clean, with refurbishments in progress. I have nothing to complain about, and I found it to be more than acceptable for the two nights I was there. I should add that the shower and bathroom in my unit had been upda… lisää

I should add that the shower and bathroom in my unit had been updated, and were outstanding. Also, there is a nice sized fridge.

“Ok at best unfortunately ”

My family and I stayed here very recently. The staff were friendly and great however the room wasn’t great. Clearly there were renovations going on but we weren’t told of this. Our room had a sink but no tap and running water. The sink wasn’t even plumbed in. The tiles in the shower were broken.… lisää

My family and I stayed here very recently. The staff were friendly and great however the room wasn’t great. Clearly there were renovations going on but we weren’t told of this. Our room had a sink but no tap and running water. The sink wasn’t even plumbed in. The tiles in the shower were broken. The floor in the so called kitchen area was incomplete. The air con couldn’t cool an igloo in a blizzard in Antartica. The room was moderately clean. The bed felt like a stone slab. Oh and the pool and the pool area were poor. The pool itself was dirty and had plenty floating in it. The undercover area had at some point a party in it and wasn’t at all cleaned up. I was going to give only 2 stars however the staff made up the 3rd one. Overall a disappointing stay. My advice would be to choose somewhere else.
