We stayed three nights at the Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour and booked a Junior Suite. The suite was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. Highlights included a Nespresso machine and high-quality Dyson products in the bathroom, which added a noticeable level of comfort. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible. However, there were some noticeable shortcomings in service. On one day, our room was not cleaned despite us being out for around six hours. Returning from a day out to an unserviced room is quite disappointing—especially in this room category, where greater attention to detail should be expected. In addition, the staff were unable to assist with a simple question about how to get to the Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour, which came across as somewhat unprofessional. Conclusion: Great location and a very nice room, but service falls short of expectations. Overall, just about 4 out of 5 stars.

“A warm welcome from a modern and excellent value for money hotel in the centre of Sydney.”

Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities. The pool, whilst small, was sufficient, as was the gym. Staff on reception were very welcoming and efficient. I would heartily recommend the breakfast- excellent choice, freshly cooked to order, in an attractive dining room with excellent staff. The room was large with 2 queen beds and a very good bathroom.

“Basic for price charged, wont be returning”

Short stroll to darling harbour. Rooms and amenities very basic. no freezer in mini bar so no ice. parking very expensive. tried to charge extra for parking on departure when we had already pre paid, no apology given. Heated pool was cold. Dont think we will be staying again as price does not repre… lisää
