“Good location bad breakfast”

The hotel has a great location, close to Macquarie station and shopping center. The rooms are okay and clean. The breakfast is disappointing and some of the staff rather unfriendly. Needing to wait 30min for a coffee is a joke

Rooms were spacious, clean and cosy. Great location if you are working around Mac Park business district with shopping mall 10 minute walk from hotel and fast food joints just across the road. Breakfast buffet was adequate The staff were friendly and helpful, however the restaurant/bar lacked much of a vibe when there wasn't a specific business networking function on. Overall, great for the discerning corporate traveler but would not recommend to leisure guests unless there is something specific that you want to see within that Mac Park radius.

Stayed on a business trip, and the location was convenient—just a short walk from Macquarie Park Station and close to many offices, making it easy to get to work. I enjoyed the morning walks, which were a refreshing way to start the day. The hotel itself is quite old and would benefit from an overhaul, especially in the bathrooms, where I noticed leaking taps. The room was spacious, but I was disappointed that two beds had been joined to create a king bed. The uneven surface made it uncomfortable and disrupted my sleep. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed that check-out was fixed at 11:00 am, with no flexibility to extend—even as a premium frequent traveller. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the timing was restrictive if you prefer a later start to the day. Overall, it was a convenient stay for business purposes, but the property would be much improved with better maintenance and more guest-friendly policies.
