Beautiful place to be for 3 nights! Stayed here after working in Sydney and was the perfect spot for R&R. - Right by the beach and plenty of shops & restaurants - Lovely room, felt like I was on a boat with the lovely sea view - Very friendly and accommodating team - Didn’t eat in the hotel - There was an event on so the pool area wasn’t available which was fine, really appreciated the email from concierge offering access to Wiley Baths, something I probably wouldn’t have done initially but so glad I did.

Among these, my experience at the InterContinental Coogee has been exceptional. The location is outstanding, offering both convenience and a pleasant setting. The rooms are of a very high standard, combining comfort with a well-considered design. Despite the hotel’s size, there is a strong sense of personal attention. The staff manage to create an atmosphere where guests feel individually recognized and well cared for. For comparison, I also stayed at the Four Seasons in Sydney. While it is undoubtedly a high-quality hotel, the service there felt less attentive and less focused on individual guest needs. In contrast, the InterContinental Coogee demonstrates a stronger commitment to hospitality and customer care. Overall, this has been a highly satisfying stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend the InterContinental Coogee to others visiting Sydney.

Overall good experience, location was very convenient with views of beach and sea, great customer service. The only downsides were rooms were quite small and poor value for money.
