My preferred place to stay when I have business or theatre in Sydney. A short 500X bus trip from the stop around the corner into City Town Hall makes it easy to access everything I need. My preferred place to stay when I have business or theatre in Sydney. A short 500X bus trip from the stop around the corner into City Town Hall makes it easy to access everything I need. Staff are great and the free barista coffee is a bonus. Spotless, comfortable bed, decent bathroom and a kitchenette to make your breakfast/meals is a great help. Been coming for over 4 years. No kids allowed is a bonus if interrupted sleep from kids playing in the hallway or losing it with their parents becomes an issue for you. It also has good wifi and large common area for spreading out, cooking for a larger friendship group or laundry needs. Top Rude shopping centre directly opposite and traffic noise is much quieter than in the city centre.

What a lovely area Ryde is , this hotel has a decent size room with some great touches , big fridge and a microwave, iron , bathroom is very nice with walk in shower after a a quick check in we went to the massive shopping enter across the rd , loads of food outlets and an Aldi , there’s a local p… lisää

What a lovely area Ryde is , this hotel has a decent size room with some great touches , big fridge and a microwave, iron , bathroom is very nice with walk in shower after a a quick check in we went to the massive shopping enter across the rd , loads of food outlets and an Aldi , there’s a local pub serves Guinness and loads of other choices , multiple screens showing sport , pool and darts available too, bus links to town centre every 10 min cost $1 for the 20-25 min , hotel replenish tea and coffee daily , room cleaned every day fresh towels , chill out room , everything is here even a roof top with barbecue!! Will even see the NYE fireworks from the roof tonight, highly recommend this hotel , we love Sydney but as we’re from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 it’s a bit far to come again 💥

Another visit to Sydney and another stay at Studio 8, and it did not disappoint. This time we were assigned the “penthouse”. Sounds good as it is the only apartment on the top level, but it shares this with the rooftop bbq and common area, which may be occupied till 10pm, so going to bed early may … lisää

Another visit to Sydney and another stay at Studio 8, and it did not disappoint. This time we were assigned the “penthouse”. Sounds good as it is the only apartment on the top level, but it shares this with the rooftop bbq and common area, which may be occupied till 10pm, so going to bed early may be an issue. The room is spacious and well equipped, ours even came with a few ants, which were quickly dealt with by staff, who are wonderful.
