“Tranquility near the beach.”

The cabin was lovely and clean. The crockery, cutlery, bedding, bath towels were all clean. Coffee, tea and milk provided was great for the first few cups of beverages. Our location was close to family residing in Tuncurry, also being in walking distance to beach and clubs. Good value for what you got as in clean everything in cabin, large size fridge, two ceramic stove tops, crockery, cutlery, cooking implements, table and four chairs, wardrobe, tv, two sets of roller blinds on each window, aircon, four seats outdoor setting with table, beautiful hand soap, shampoo and body lotion dispensers in bathroom. Noise level was great considering it was the school holidays and the kids didn't come out riding their bikes and skateboards until after 8am of a morning. Lovely peaceful atmosphere for having a short or long holiday break. We will definitely stay there again.

“A Well Enjoyed Stay at Tuncurry”

We had a very pleasant stay, loved the short walk to coffee and shops, along with access to short walks along the breakwall with our little pouch. We had a very pleasant stay, loved the short walk to coffee and shops, along with access to short walks along the breakwall with our little pouch. Loved our double slab with our Motorhome, would have loved to have had access to an ensuite (didn’t see any). All amenities were clean and hygienic ( I imagine in the more busier holiday times there would be more cleaning schedules throughout the day. Would I return? MOST DEFINITELY!

“This is a five star location however degrading to a two star Park.”

This Park is Very Very tired! My spouse and I stay yearly for four weeks on Site H14 and we believe you have a five star location however it is degrading to a 2 star park! We consider the staff are friendly, professional and doing what they can to keep the Park in a semblance of order. We have men… lisää

This Park is Very Very tired! My spouse and I stay yearly for four weeks on Site H14 and we believe you have a five star location however it is degrading to a 2 star park! We consider the staff are friendly, professional and doing what they can to keep the Park in a semblance of order. We have mentioned in the past our site is not level and it is difficult to manoeuvre onto that small slab site. We have to use levelling ramps on the offside of our caravan and have to double jack the caravan drawer bar to get it all level. The site may look level however it is not. Drainage is an issue and other sites within the park are below average. The ammenities at the Park are below average, the toilet seats do not align, some are jagged and the general overall facilities are well past their use by date and in need of renovation. We have been to other Reflection Parks that are updating and renovating but do not see much going on at Tuncurry and wonder why? The pricing rates are similar too? I believe there needs a lot of further research and development planning, comparisons with other parks planning and staged implementation to update this OLD Park.

“Location superb but poor condition.”

The park is extremely well located close to beach and shopping however it is in very poor condition. The amenities are very old and the sites are dusty and have very poor amenity. Fortunately the staff are fine but the operator Reflections have no concept of a modern caravan parks.
