After years of driving by this place, I finally had the opportunity to book and stop for an overnight stay due to work. Most impressed by the inviting and warmest of welcomes at check-in. This energy flowed into the room which I felt immediately when I opened the door. The room was spacious, neat and tidy. Bed is real comfortable with clean crisp sheets, right firmness for pillows. The one level floor was ideal as my husband can not navigate different leveled floors so this suited him right into the clean toilet and shower area. Had a dining table and chairs with a comfy sofa as well. The basic necessities of a kitchen were very useful and modern. I will most definitely rebook here should any occasion arise for me to be in Toowoomba again. THANK YOU.

This was our first stop on a 1500 km journey with a 10 month old. Customer service at the desk was very friendly. This was our first stop on a 1500 km journey with a 10 month old. Customer service at the desk was very friendly. I had accidentally booked for the week ahead but was able to get that changed very easily because I booked direct. The room was very clean and spaceous. I felt comfortable enough to have my crawling baby play on the carpet and tiles. Everything felt fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend staying at this place if you were planning on staying around Toowoomba area.

“Happy Customer Sleeping Easy”

After an initial glitch with bed sizes and an oversight with missing crockery, we were kindly offered an upgrade to a King Suite at no extra cost. 10 out of 10 for good old-fashioned customer service. Thank you, Highfields Motel for a comfortable stay.

“Need better cleaners!”

After arriving we were told the bedding arrangements that we requested through Booking.com had not been given to them. No worries, does the room have a fold out bed? Well, it does but you can’t use it as it’s really old and will probably hurt your back we were told. So we looked at the room and dec… lisää

After arriving we were told the bedding arrangements that we requested through Booking.com had not been given to them. No worries, does the room have a fold out bed? Well, it does but you can’t use it as it’s really old and will probably hurt your back we were told. So we looked at the room and decided we could make the bedding work if they provided sheets to put on the lounge with one of us just sleeping there. As we were putting sheets on the lounge, we discovered that the lounge was filthy. Thank goodness for the sheets! My mum needed to plug in her CPAP machine and whilst looking for PowerPoints beside the bed, we discovered about 20 years of dust, a pair of socks, a hat and dirty tissues. Believe me, if we were able to find alternative accommodation, we would have. Clean up your act Highfields Motel!
