The Falls although hidden away, is easy to find. Alan is so lovely. He made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. He walked us through our cabin and even recommended some beautiful restaurants for our first evening and made the booking for us. The cabin has a fire, so lovely and warm in the cold. The bathroom has heated towel racks, the shower has plenty of room and the spa was incredible. We had candles provided and bubble bath with relaxing music. The room was clean and the only noise you hear is the beautiful sounds of nature. We will definitely return. It was peaceful, relaxing and we absolutely enjoyed every minute. Well worth every cent.

We recently stayed at The Falls in Montville to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and had the most beautiful, relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived the owners were incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely invested in making our stay special. They even happily extended our stay when we asked, which made the whole experience feel even more personalised and cared for. The cottage was positioned amongst the most serene setting that encapsulated the essence of hinterland living. Inside it was luxurious, spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need for a romantic weekend away. Breakfast provisions were incredibly generous - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, cereal, fruit, juice, milk, bread, coffee- and the owner personally delivered fresh baked pastries to our door each morning, which was a lovely touch and received with much thanks. The cottage itself was stunning, with a two-person spa bath, candles, bubble bath, fluffy towels and robes, and a gorgeous fireplace that came fully stocked with plenty of wood. The deck was spacious with a Weber BBQ, and the surrounding wildlife, trees, and gardens made it feel like a private rainforest retreat. It's also only a short drive to Montville's cafe's, restaurants, and shops and the owners are only too happy to recommend and book on your behalf. We couldn't fault a single thing. It was peaceful, romantic, and beautifully maintained. This was truly the perfect escape. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Alan and Aryna, you made our weekend magical!!

As a solo female traveller, I experienced the warmest of welcomes and the most outstanding, personalised hospitality from the very friendly and generous hosts, for whom nothing was too much trouble. The service was next level and the owners clearly have a passion for ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience. Fresh pastries delivered to the cottage each morning, high quality breakfast provisions, freshly cut roses, welcomed into the main house for a freshly made espresso and chat, and lots of recommendations for walks and local dining options. I stayed in one of the rainforest cottages which was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Never before have I been so excited to spend a night indoors by myself. Log fire, relaxing music, spa bath and beautiful views, alongside complimentary port and chocolates. The Falls is situated in the perfect location. A 3 minute drive into town for all the amenities, yet set in the peace and quiet of a secluded rainforest spot, within walking distance to the Kondalilla Falls National Park and Kondalilla restaurant/cafe. I had an exceptional short break in stunning surroundings, made unforgettable by the kindness and care of the owners. I have already recommended The Falls to all of my friends and I look forward to a return trip, but next time for longer. Marie - Perth WA

The cottage was spotless and welcoming, and we spent hours just soaking in the quiet surroundings, The cottage had everything you needed and breakfast was included nothing was a problem. Thank you so much Alan and Aryna for all the thoughtful touches that were added, we especially liked the port. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable time.
