This accommodation is within 200 metres of the main beach at Mooloolaba, and at the top of the shopping strip. It is across the road from Coles and a major hotel. The accommodation itself is clean and very well appointed,and stocked with cleaning essentials. The unit is cleaned on a weekly basis. Management was excellent, simply could not do enough Our unit on the 6th level had a good view of the beach. It also had a small exterior landing with table and chairs: and from there access to an upper lever private lounge area with BBQ. However access is via a narrow metal winding staircase which is not all that easy to navigate

A spacious, very clean, well-appointed and nicely furnished apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and cutlery, allowing for self-catering if that is your preference. A spacious, very clean, well-appointed and nicely furnished apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and cutlery, allowing for self-catering if that is your preference. There is secure parking on site. The location is great, 2-minute walk to Coles and a hotel in one direction, go the opposite direction and you have several restaurants, cafes offering a wide variety of choices. The Surf Club is within easy walking distance. The wharf area also has several nice eating options. There are also plenty of retail outlets to explore as well. There are wide paved walkways which overlook the beach front, making for pleasant walks. Playground areas and rock pools to explore for children to enjoy. The managers at Raffles are welcoming and willing to answer any questions you may have about the area. Most importantly if something is not in the apartment or needs attention it is promptly fixed. We enjoyed our two week stay and we highly recommend this accommodation if you are planning to stay in the Mooloolaba area.

We arrived for our booking late Friday evening to find it had been cancelled (unbeknownst to us) by booking.com. We arrived for our booking late Friday evening to find it had been cancelled (unbeknownst to us) by booking.com. We were lucky that the fabulous lady who runs the hotel was on site to help another family as reception was closed. She swiftly got us sorted booking us in direct with her and despite the fact she had left a restaurant to help the previous family she went above and beyond to help is get settled including recommending places for dinner that evening and to visit during our trip. The apartment was spacious and as described. Comfy beds, crisp sheets and fluffy pillows. A partial view of the ocean as we were expecting and all the amenities we needed for a weekend. We were a 2 minute walk from the sea front and all it had to offer and found it a perfect base for the hinterlands also. Overall it was great value for money and in the perfect location.

Fantastic location, close to the main drag with plenty of restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach. Loved the apartment with superb ocean view, the room had everything you could need. Very clean units, pool area was nice and gardens immaculately maintained. Safe underground parking was a bonus. The managers Kim and Jacqueline were lovely. Would certainly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back as soon as we can. Thank you.
