“Welcoming stay at beautiful Picnic Bay”
Had a lovely stay at the Tropical Palms. Great hospitality and fantastic service. Nice pool and BBQ area. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Good value for money. I would love to come back and would recommend Tropical Palms to everyone traveling to Magnetic Island.

“A comfortable base from which to explore the island”
We had one night on Magnetic Island and wanted to see as much as possible in the time available. All the facilities you get at a fancy hotel would be wasted so we chose something basic, clean and comfortable instead - Tropical Palms fit the bill perfectly. Tropical Palms is an idyllic accommodation choice set in Picnic Bay, Magnetic Island. Picnic is quieter than the other bays, but also has the beach and hotel and dining choices just two minutes down the road. “Clean and quiet”
Lovely apartment in a great location in Picnic Bay. Spotlessly clean and a good base for exploring the area. Close to the esplanade with the brewery and cafes in easy walking distance. Easy to check in and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
