“Perfect for our requirements”
Rockhampton was a halfway stop on our way to the Whitsundays. We had low expectations, but everything was spot on with this accommodation - easy to find, easy to securely park, helpful staff, large clean apartment, nice views ( we were on 6th floor). “Great accommodation! Can we keep this one a secret?”
We are travelling for business, and looked at the location for the affiliated accommodation provider and were not impressed. “Be weary of housekeeping staff!”
Be weary. Housekeeping staff will enter your room with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door! A bit ridiculous as I was just hopping out the shower and had to shout as I saw the door opening, as I got out. Just a “sorry” is unacceptable and should not have happened in the first place. “Nice but disappointing”
First time staying here and not sure I would stay here again. The hotel is functional but let down by some simple things. 1. Room layout was weird! 2. Room felt tired and needing some love 3.
