“a delightful place to stay”

excellent !! a little dated, but clean, great location and the hosts maddie and matt were a delight. if the coffee cups were bigger, i would give them 10/10 only a 9.9/10 for that. nothing was too much trouble for them and i would recommend wintersun gardens to anyone

An absolutely fantastic experience. The Hotel Manager as extremely helpful and accommodating. An absolutely fantastic experience. The Hotel Manager as extremely helpful and accommodating. On arrival, we noticed booked the wrong type of room via a booking site, which didn't suit our family.the Manager as so helpful in moving us to an appointment room and making up an additional bed for our children. The rooms are fantastic, recently renovated and super spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge.. the BBQ facilities were also handy with cooking utensils available to use. There is also a.great laundry facility avail to use. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend this motel to anyone travelling to Bicheno or the surrounding areas. Thank you for your hospitality 5 star from us !!

“Reasonable facilities”

Reasonable size room with reasonable facilities. Easy to find but I did need a car to get to other places. Only saw Reception lady once (stayed 2 nights), but she was helpful and provided maps, information and suggestions,

“Reasonable and clean but a bit far from the centre of town”

Stayed here for one night on a road trip up the east coast of Tasmania. The rooms are set in gardens rather than there being a central building and I stayed in room 11 behind the reception area. Stayed here for one night on a road trip up the east coast of Tasmania. The rooms are set in gardens rather than there being a central building and I stayed in room 11 behind the reception area. Parking is a bit tight on the site although there was a small space outside my room. I noticed a review suggesting that all the rooms are accessible - they are not, there were wooden steps up to mine and to several of the other rooms. If you want an accessible room I suggest requesting it at booking. My room was a reasonable size, there was a queen size bed, and it was well decorated but basic. There was also a small sofa and a table and two chairs. On the balcony was another table with two chairs. The winter sun does indeed shine into the rooms in the afternoon and my room was nice and warm. There was a walk in shower and a large sink. Everything appeared to be clean and there was plenty of hot water for my shower. In one corner of the bedroom was a cupboard and fridge, and inside the cupboard I found a kettle, toaster and various bits of cutlery and crockery which I was not expecting. So I could buy some breakfast things for the following morning and have breakfast at the motel. All in all a reasonable place to stay, however it is a bit far from the centre of Bicheco to walk back into the town to the bars and restaurants
