I stayed 2 nights and the hotel rooms are large with a comfortable bed and well kept and very clean. The pillows are soft and good and the air conditioning was perfect. I stayed 2 nights and the hotel rooms are large with a comfortable bed and well kept and very clean. The pillows are soft and good and the air conditioning was perfect. I ordered room service and the cheeseburger was a little soggy and drenched in mayonnaise and the chips were cold. The lifts are slow and they need more of them operating to cater for a full hotel. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the CBD but still quiet. I had an upper floor room and the views were great. I would definitely stay again.

“Comfortable rooms with a great buffet breakfast!”

I was quite impressed by this hotel, our room was large with a view out to the harbour. The bed was comfortable and the location was very central. The breakfast was excellent and the bar area which extended outside (with heaters), located on the 4th floor was lovely for a bite to eat or just drinks… lisää

I was quite impressed by this hotel, our room was large with a view out to the harbour. The bed was comfortable and the location was very central. The breakfast was excellent and the bar area which extended outside (with heaters), located on the 4th floor was lovely for a bite to eat or just drinks. Once we worked out the valet parking system, parking became easy. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Hobart.

Crowne Plaza Hobart is located in the city centre and about a 30-minute drive from the airport, HBA. Unfortunately there is only valet parking available at $80 a night, and all the surrounding on street parking is limited to an hour. Crowne Plaza Hobart is located in the city centre and about a 30-minute drive from the airport, HBA. Unfortunately there is only valet parking available at $80 a night, and all the surrounding on street parking is limited to an hour. The options either to use the park and ride by the cenotaph which is free, but locked after five or use the 10 hour spaces at the harbour for $2.20 and hour. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor which also is where you find the restaurant and bar. The hotel is modern with a lot of natural light. The rooms are nice and big with great views and features. On the top floor is the executive lounge, which serves breakfast, all-day softdrinks and coffee and tea and evening drinks and canapés. As the hotel is right at the heart of town, you find shopping, restaurants and bars as well as sightseeing right at your doorstep. Overall an excellent choice for exploring Tasmania.
