“Good position needs work”
Contactless checkin very good, room tidy and spacious. Linen good quality and plenty of of it. “Not the first choice, not the last”
served a purpose, small playground for the kids (swing), outdated but they are very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is a bit of a hike from town, usually if i am needing to stay in Riverside I would prefer the pub. Not a bad option at the villas, no real complaints.

“Basic accommodation”
Large room with a decent kitchenette. Quite comfortable but very very basic. In quite a good location because easy to get into Launceston and to get out to wineries etc. The accomodation itself is quite difficult to enter off a very busy road - a tricky entrance.
