“Very clean with good size room and bathroom.”
I think it would be difficult to find a motel as clean as this, spotless. Even though motel is on the main road we found by opening a rear window and keeping the front windows shut we heard no noise. Very handy to RSL club where we had a lovely meal.

“Motel Managers went 'over and above' to provide us safe haven.”
Due to a 'comedy of errors' on our part, we found ourself without accommodation in 'jam-packed' Bainsdale. “A home from home”
Ray was the absolute best host!!! “Budget friendly ”
Budget friendly family or business accommodation. Very clean. Great, friendly host. Convenient location, great parking. Easy to find. Quiet. Room we were in had been renovated. Host was fantastic. Range of room sizes. Lots of food options in Bairnsdale.

“Nice and comfortable to stay it is probably the cheapest place to stay in Bairnsdale.”
Place is clean and bed comfortable, due to past guests electric blankets are no longer provided. There are extra blankets and pillows available in room. There is no microwave in room however there is a kitchen further down about 8-10 rooms down and you use it there, also available are BBQ facilitie… lisää
