Great place to stay, very clean, very friendly staff that are more than willing to help with whatever you need.

Front end staff were super helpful and attentive. I appreciated being able to leave my car there before and after checking (subject to seeing desk). Was an easy walk to the foreshore and Westfield with may places to eat in close proximity. The room had a wonderful view of the bay and ferriswheel… lisää

Front end staff were super helpful and attentive. I appreciated being able to leave my car there before and after checking (subject to seeing desk). Was an easy walk to the foreshore and Westfield with may places to eat in close proximity. The room had a wonderful view of the bay and ferriswheel which was lit up in the evening. Generous size room with full fridge, stove, microwave and coffee machine with utensils and dishes readily available should you want to cook in the room. The balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world go by,

“Good location, good value”

Handy to Eastern Beach, the Geelong waterfront and walking distance to the Little Malop St dining and entertainment precinct. Overall a good choice for our weekend stay. Spacious room and good sized balcony capped it off.

“Room was good, staff were very mediocre”

Staff were not particularly considerate or helpful. We had a Bellarine apartment on ground floor, literally right by the hotel entrance and in front of the street parking. Staff could have told us to unload our luggage from our car but instead directed us to park on level C7 and walk down 4 flights… lisää

Staff were not particularly considerate or helpful. We had a Bellarine apartment on ground floor, literally right by the hotel entrance and in front of the street parking. Staff could have told us to unload our luggage from our car but instead directed us to park on level C7 and walk down 4 flights of stairs with luggages AND our large dog. When we got up there and realised that was the case, we asked if there was another way to get to our apartment (not knowing then that it was directly where we had parked on the street), they said it was basically impossible and no other way to get to the apartment??? My husband then realised where the apartment was and we had to drive all the way back down to the street to unload our luggage and our dog and THEN drive back up to park at C7 AGAIN. It really soured our experience as to how thoughtless the staff were (apparently had no critical thinking or problem solving skills as they insisted there was no other way to get to the ground floor apartment other than 4 flights of stairs..). Dishes and cutlery were dirty so we had to wash them before using them (as you should anyway). Otherwise the room itself was spacious with a washer and dryer. A few steps from the beach, lots of good food and coffee around.
