“Quiet unit, lovely grounds, outside of town”

Small comfortable 1bedroom unit, separate bedroom from living space with a view of the pond/grounds. Units spread out on quiet wooded property with peacocks/ducks/kangaroos. 10 minutes from town. Recommended

Halls Gap has lots of accommodation options but very pleased we booked here. Comfy bed and good shower, well appointed kitchen and good heating. Halls Gap has lots of accommodation options but very pleased we booked here. Comfy bed and good shower, well appointed kitchen and good heating. We were met by very friendly, helpful staff and the unit was very clean. Lovely grounds with a range of animals to meet. We had peacocks and ‘Roos right outside our unit. Very nice being able to sit outside by the lake as the sun was setting. Excellent value for money, would highly recommended

“Small But Comfortable”

We selected the Tiny Homes unit and it was TINY. The room sitting on a trailer did move when the wind blew but it was very clean and neatly furnished and despite the inability to 'swing a cat' or walk around the bed it did the trick. We selected the Tiny Homes unit and it was TINY. The room sitting on a trailer did move when the wind blew but it was very clean and neatly furnished and despite the inability to 'swing a cat' or walk around the bed it did the trick. Located as you go into Halls Gap (from Stawell) it has pleasant grounds and loads of wild life. Wi-Fi worked well.

“Great location but accommodation needs improvement”

A nice location just out of town. There’s so much to offer here but unfortunately it was quite run down. There’s a fantastic communal room with pool table, tv, fire place, games, table tennis etc but it costs $2.00 per pool game. There were missing balls and cue sticks without tips. Table tennis… lisää

A nice location just out of town. There’s so much to offer here but unfortunately it was quite run down. There’s a fantastic communal room with pool table, tv, fire place, games, table tennis etc but it costs $2.00 per pool game. There were missing balls and cue sticks without tips. Table tennis table was unstable. Basketball ring was also crooked, no net etc. Quite disappointing. Units were well appointed but were quite dusty and lots of fingerprints and smears over doors and cupboards so could have been cleaned better. Especially given we have had to learn through Covid where cleanliness is critical. Beds were rock solid, very hard mattresses and flat lumpy pillows. Squeaky doors added to disturbed sleep. Came home exhausted. Do better please. It’s not good enough when you pay good money.
