The two-bedroom apartment (Room 221) was clean; however, there was a persistent and unpleasant smell coming from the heating system, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about potential health and safety issues. We reported this to reception and were informed that the smell was due to recently changed pipes. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and the smell remained throughout our stay, impacting our comfort. We requested a room change, but this was not accommodated. In addition, the amenities provided—such as washing powder, dishwashing tablets, shampoo, and conditioner—were insufficient for a five-night stay. A more generous provision of these basic items would have been appreciated and would improve the overall guest experience.

“Suitability for a week's stay”

The hotel rooms are not suitable for a week's stay. No kitchen facilities beyond a small fridge, limited bench space, dishes had to be done in the hand basin. Room size quite small. The hotel rooms are not suitable for a week's stay. No kitchen facilities beyond a small fridge, limited bench space, dishes had to be done in the hand basin. Room size quite small. TV was accessible only through the use of apps, unable to access free to a ir channels and no instructions on how to do so. RCI should NOT list these types of rooms for time share weeks. We are disappointed.

“Ok; terrible WIFI.”

Stayed in a one bed apartment. Spacious with key facilities. Rather tired decor and furnishings. WIFI constantly dropping out and glacial when connected. Service fine. Expect there are better places to stay.

Have stayed here a few times now as Wyndham club owners. Facilities are good and location is great. Parking is an issue during peak times and there is no designated disabled parking. The only downside is the place isn't managed by Wyndham so you don't get the level of professionalism and customer service that you get with Wyndham managed properties. The older lady on reception was ok at best, a bit surly at times and clearly gave the impression on most occasions that she would prefer to be somewhere else. Don't just take this from me - everyone in my family that interacted with her came away with the same impression. The funny thing is when one of my wife's work colleagues heard we had stayed there she asked if the rude older lady on reception was still there and that she's the reason she'll never go back. I'm hoping she just had a bad week as we're planning on going back next year.
