“Good Value for Families”

Whist not in the heart of the city, this property is a very good option for families visiting Melbourne, especially if you have a car. Whist not in the heart of the city, this property is a very good option for families visiting Melbourne, especially if you have a car. We were in a two story apartment wth two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the one in the main bedroom had a toilet but the other didn't). There is a laundry with a washer and dryer (we couldn't figure out how to get the dryer to work, though) and toilet downstairs. There is a full fridge with a huge freezer and ice trays. The kitchen is a bit tred (some cupboards falling off), but overall, it was good for a family. Plenty of bowls, cups, glasses, etc. There was a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is plenty of parking available on the property. The security seems very good with lots of cameras etc. Thr gardens are beautiful and great for kids to run around and even play a round of cricket. There was a very nice looking pool, but it wasn't warm enough to go in. The location is great and walking distance to the city, cafes and the museum and exhibition building. The only downside was the walls arevrry thin and you can hear everything!! Someone in the next room left the bathroom fan on all night and we were going mad from the constant whirring.....argh. Better than hearing people usong the bathroom guess... Overall I wpukd recommend this as a ood solid and affordable place for families to come and visit Melbourne

“Comfortable and convenient”

The apartment was clean and comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there was extra bedding to cater for the chilly night. There was a split system air conditioner in the lounge. The apartment was clean and comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there was extra bedding to cater for the chilly night. There was a split system air conditioner in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped. My apartment was on the top floor and the receptionist kindly carried my bag up for me. The grounds are beautifully kept. The proximity to trams and places to dine make it a convenient choice for a stay in Melbourne.

“Great position, very tired apartment”

These apartments are in a great position on the edge of the city. The garden and pool areas are lovely but unfortunately the apartments themselves are very tired and in need of some maintenance. The curtains in our room were ripped, the shower wouldn’t stop dripping and various other broken bits an… lisää

“Awesome location, quite tired”

The location, setting and staff service here are nothing short of excellent. Parking was good too, but $20 per day maybe a bit stiff and there were no details on the web site. Rates were very fair. The location, setting and staff service here are nothing short of excellent. Parking was good too, but $20 per day maybe a bit stiff and there were no details on the web site. Rates were very fair. Unfortunately agree with other reviews here that overall it's tired and a bit unloved. Our room conveniently had a laundry, but the washing machine was from the ark and the dryer required some creative fault finding to get it to work. The shower was hopeless. The hot water must be the size of a pea and although we were frugal users it ran out. Fortunately we could easily determine that the hot water power was set to "night" and switched it across, but less tech savvy people would suffer. Overall the place was very clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect with short walks to the museum, iMax and Exhibition Building, several great restaurants nearby, and just 2 stops away from the free tram zone. Would definitely stay there again for sure, but it's not close to a 4 star hotel by any means.
