Stayed at this hotel as we had an early flight the following morning. It is a five minute walk to the terminal so perfectly located. Stayed at this hotel as we had an early flight the following morning. It is a five minute walk to the terminal so perfectly located. Welcomed at reception by a gentleman who was keen to check is in despite the automated terminals which could also be used. We like the human interaction. The room was clean and spacious, everything we could have expected. We didn’t hear any aircraft so noise proofing worked well.

“A gym on the next level...”

After a small issue finding the hotel parking (could be better sign posted from both directions) it was a joy to speak to the staff. I was blown away by the facilities, I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the globe and this hotel has the ultimate gym facilities of all time. Multiple rooms … lisää

After a small issue finding the hotel parking (could be better sign posted from both directions) it was a joy to speak to the staff. I was blown away by the facilities, I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the globe and this hotel has the ultimate gym facilities of all time. Multiple rooms that did it all, a weights gym, functional gym, palates gym, a recovery space and not to mention a decent sized pool. Sadly on this trip I did not have time to try the spa features but that gives me a reason to return. All this and the amazing Bocatta restaurant. The food was fantastic and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Overall a joy to stay

“Excellent hotel and restaurant”

Have stayed here before and enjoyed the experience, rather surprised there is now a 10% surcharge on weekends, hasn't existed before and it will be argued "everyone is doing it" and "elevated costs on weekends" however if u order room service, a club sandwich, $34 plus $6 tray charge, plus 10% week… lisää

Have stayed here before and enjoyed the experience, rather surprised there is now a 10% surcharge on weekends, hasn't existed before and it will be argued "everyone is doing it" and "elevated costs on weekends" however if u order room service, a club sandwich, $34 plus $6 tray charge, plus 10% weekend surcharge, well.that is just ridiculous, started in bar where we normally have a club sandwich, all gone and changed due to seasonal menu, very slim pickings to be frank on menu, however bar staff were rude, short, and not of the standard we expect from a Novotel, it's certainly not the local pub and that's how we were treated, decided to go to Boccata, thank goodness for Trent and Ryanna that took a very bad experience and elevated it to where it should be, both were exemplary, option of two course or 3 course options, we had two courses each and the steak, and pasta, was incredibly good, had the pizza for entrees (also incredible), and the Tiramisu for dessert, whole experience elevated it to a great stay, room great, will be back. Shout out to Trent particularly, we were both very upset and angry at our disdainful treatment at the bar and he managed to turn the experience around
