“Nice hotel”
Great location right by the tram stop in Richmond, the smell when you walk in is amazing. A really friendly welcome and upgraded to a really nice room, not sure of the type but it had 2 balconies. Uber cool boutique hotel. Great Inner North location. Meticuously appointed rooms - I had a balcony. Nice bar/restaurant downstairs. “Gorgeous suite upgrade.”
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotels situated a bit outside the CBD but as we had a car it wasn't a problem for us. As a diamond member we received an upgrade to a gorgeous suite.
