Great stay here. Location is good, close to 96 tram for city, Brunswick St, Coles supermarket nearby and plenty of local pubs and restaurants in neighboring blocks. Great stay here. Location is good, close to 96 tram for city, Brunswick St, Coles supermarket nearby and plenty of local pubs and restaurants in neighboring blocks. We had a room at the rear which was quiet but some rooms at the front might be noisy. The area is popular at night. The actual room was very large and comfortable with everything in working order. I think the property is still quite new, over time it may degrade with use but for now everything was functional. Staff friendly and helpful. No big issues. My biggest complaint was the cheap blinds, I wish they had invested in proper curtains,

“Your home away from home in Fitzroy”

My husband and I stayed at the Tyrian Apartments this week and loved our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean. It provides everything one might need. The kitchen is well appointed. My husband and I stayed at the Tyrian Apartments this week and loved our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean. It provides everything one might need. The kitchen is well appointed. There are plenty of (matching!) wine, champagne and water glasses, a cute little dishwasher that does the job and plenty of pots and pans. The selection of tea bags was more than generous - a great assortment for this tea lover. I appreciated that there were plenty of spare toilet paper rolls and a spare tissue box - not one of those places where they assume you'll steal any spares. The bed is very comfortable. I didn't test the pillows - brought my own. Despite facing the street the apartment is very quiet. There are so many lovely restaurants nearby, and, of course, a Coles supermarket next door. I would highly recommend this apartment hotel.

“Modern, comfortable, centrally located.”

Stayed here twice during our recent stay in Melbourne. All mid cons, as the saying goes. Clean, comfortable, modern, great location, exactly what you'd want. Very friendly, obliging staff. “A noisy night”

We were originally booked for Albert Park but were contacted to let us know they could no longer honor our booking. We were offered an alternative to book into the Fitzroy apartments. I was assured this would be as quiet . Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Room 202 facing the main road was incred… lisää

We were originally booked for Albert Park but were contacted to let us know they could no longer honor our booking. We were offered an alternative to book into the Fitzroy apartments. I was assured this would be as quiet . Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Room 202 facing the main road was incredibly noisy. A bit of a party street it would seem, didn’t quieten down until just after 4am so not much sleep was had for either bedroom. So disappointing. The apartment was lovely, everything we needed. Balcony wasn’t very clean but we didn’t use it. Wouldn’t stay here again, the rooms were not soundproof as advertised.
