Overall, a lovely place to stay with fantastic service.

It’s 11 pm and I’m tired. Where is that unique-to-each-guest, six digit code for the Park’s security boom gate? I promise you that tomorrow morning you’ll wake up to the sounds of kookaburras and white cockatoos and yes, you will see in the trees next to our cabin, the famous red headed gang-gang cockatoo. At last, code found, it works, so in our Queen size bed ASAP. If you’re looking for accommodation in or near Yea, then this Caravan Park could be ideal for your stay which could be overnight, a few nights or a week or more. The park is conveniently located to the city centre, is safe & secure and has Erin, the friendly and helpful Site Manager. These cabins have everything we needed: private en suite with shower, fully equipped bathroom, fridge & freezer with an ice cube tray, tea & coffee making facilities with milk, usual cutlery with plates and glasses, a sink, air conditioning, smart TV, microwave and a balcony with table & chairs. Fresh towels daily and fresh consumables are readily available. As pensioners we thoroughly recommend this Caravan Park for its 2 person Studio Villas.

“Solo overnight to enjoy the rail trail.”

I stayed in one of the cabins as a stage point while cycling on the Great Victorian Rail Trail. It was great. The owners/managers were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. I stayed in one of the cabins as a stage point while cycling on the Great Victorian Rail Trail. It was great. The owners/managers were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. The cabin was in a set of four, but it was very quiet. I nearly missed the birds morning chorus! The facility had a little problem with their broadband connection on the day, and that led to some minor hassles. Easily fixed though. A nice location close to the town, pubs and the rail trail head. Also the Yea area is great for enjoying autumn colours.
