I stayed here for a week with my son while we were in Baku for the UFC, and we had an excellent stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We were also upgraded on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and serviced every day to a very high standard. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The location is also great, making it easy to get around Baku and visit the city's main attractions. Overall, we had a brilliant experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Baku for approximately 60 days for business. This was my second stay at the hotel, and unfortunately I noticed a decline compared to my previous experience. The international breakfast buffet is no longer as good as it used to be. The selection has become more limited, with very little variety, and the menu remains almost the same every day. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a wider choice and more frequent changes. What has remained outstanding is the staff. Everyone at the reception and the bar was consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job of keeping the room clean throughout my stay, and the laundry service was fast, accurate, and reliable. One suggestion for improvement concerns the carpet in the guest rooms. It appears old, worn, and has an unpleasant smell. I believe it would be more hygienic to replace it or remove it altogether and install a more modern type of flooring. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff. With improvements to the breakfast buffet and a refurbishment of the rooms, the hotel could easily return to the high standards I experienced during my previous stay.

“Grand looking hotel”

Wonderful stay (leisure) at this fine property. From our perspective it could have been closer to the happening area and this was just a fair 15 minutes walk, else everything was a full 5. Rooms, comfort, lovely breakfast spread and convenience of a comfortable check-in and check out.
