“Great Hotel in prime location”
Right at the airport shuttle station. Very friendly and professional staff, fully equipped room with comfortable bed, silent a/c, good hot shower. “As good as it gets in Khulna”
In this city, you cannot expect (and will not get) more. The hotel is clean and no-frills, catered mostly to the business traveler. Rooms are clean. “Food was good but check-in system was so horrible.”
The check-in system needs to be improved. though their room was available they did not provide the room before 12.00 PM. it was tough to pass the time whoever come to Khulna at midnight by bus (time around 3.00 to 4.30). Hotel management needs to rethink about their check-in policy.

“Not up to the mark”
This is my first visit here. Rooms are spacious but old fashoined. AC doesn't worked properly, creating a lot of noise and switch created sparks. Overall experience is not good.
