“Fabulous Hotel!”

We stayed here as a group of four friends as we were going to The Duvel Blues Festival close by. We could not fault this hotel, we so enjoyed our stay that we can't wait to go back! We stayed here as a group of four friends as we were going to The Duvel Blues Festival close by. We could not fault this hotel, we so enjoyed our stay that we can't wait to go back! Sven the owner is very friendly, helpful, and very relaxed...the rooms are a lovely size(we were on the ground floor) spotlessly clean and the food was lovely! We booked the shuttle bus to go to and from the hotel and back to the train station, which was so handy for us. The staff are also lovely, and a special mention for Guy, who makes the most lovely salad, and many other things I'm sure!🙂 There is the most beautiful walk from the hotel, passing lovely countryside with horses and dogs everywhere, so relaxing! We travel a lot through Europe following blues music, and so far this has been our favourite hotel! Thankyou Sven and staff for making it so enjoyable!🙂👍

“Cosy mid-range hotel nestled in the Belgian countryside”

Lovely hotel nestled in the countryside. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is offered with a limited variety of options and dinner (although slightly pricey) was quiet good. Traveller beware, hailing a taxi / uber is almost a mission impossible so rent a car if visiting this hotel is… lisää

Traveller beware, hailing a taxi / uber is almost a mission impossible so rent a car if visiting this hotel is a must. The hotel also offers shuttle transfers to and from the brussels airport.

I was a guest in this hotel for about a week during a business trip in Puurs and I found it as a good hotel even with some limits. I was a guest in this hotel for about a week during a business trip in Puurs and I found it as a good hotel even with some limits. The pros are that the hotel is well maintained and clean, the staff is friendly and staying in this hotel will allow you to avoid traffic jams if you have to work in Puurs. In addition I have to say that dinner and breakfast are very good. The cons are all connected to the size of the hotel: the reception close around 10 pm so you have to plan your arrival accordingly or arrange it with the staff, if you want to have dinner in the hotel you have to book it during the morning (some emergency options are always available but not the full dinner) and is better to have a car available.

Positive: Very welcoming family ran business. Spacious and clean bedrooms. Free WiFi Negative: The bedrooms are located around the reception area , so it can be noisy very early in the morning Restaurant (I had a basic dinner) is way too expensive Shuttle service is too expensive
