“Great for some comfort during cycling breaks”

We have stayed here a number of times. The rooms off the garden are great for sitting outside, with a beer, on a summers evening and also for coming back to a bit wet after a long cycle as the tiled floors mean we never leave too much mess. We have stayed here a number of times. The rooms off the garden are great for sitting outside, with a beer, on a summers evening and also for coming back to a bit wet after a long cycle as the tiled floors mean we never leave too much mess. The garden is behind locked garden gates and there is storage space for our bikes, lots of places to eat and go out locally and a friendly welcome every time. Breakfast is plentiful, yummy and fresh, particularly the orange juice. We'll be back with our bikes if you don't book it first.

“Sleek and modern”

We arrived here after visiting the Battle of Waterloo exhibition, and were greeted by the proprietor who prepared tea for us on the lawn in front of our accommodation - very nice! Modern, comfortable, superbly clean room, a good buffet breakfast and with private parking - what more could be wish… lisää

“Excellent in every way”

What could I add to the previous reviews? Excellent B and B. Easiest 5* ever given. The rooms are large and in a modern low level annex around the lawn and water garden. Perfectly clean, very well equipped. Tea and coffee making in the rooms, or more facilities such as honesty bar in the breakfast … lisää

Perfectly clean, very well equipped. Tea and coffee making in the rooms, or more facilities such as honesty bar in the breakfast room. Very friendly hosts. In a modern, quiet, residential area so a car is definitely needed to get to restaurants, attractions etc; about 20 minutes drive from the Waterloo battlefields and museums.

“Feels like home.”

We stayed 1 night last weekend and it was a great eperience. Paul and Rita are really nice. They made us feel like at home from the first second. We stayed 1 night last weekend and it was a great eperience. Paul and Rita are really nice. They made us feel like at home from the first second. Its actually their home, that they accomodate with an annex building with 3 rooms. Room is and has all what you need to feel at home. Because one of the best things about it, for us at least, was to feel at home. Towels, shampoo, etc...all was super mega clean and nice. Private parking is also a plus, although the area is quite and easy to park. The garden is beautifull as well to enjoy some time doing nothing or relaxed after a walking day in the Hallebros forest ;-) Important: you need a car. If you have it, 150% recomendable. We'll repeat if around the area again.
