The owner is simply fantastic , and never have we stayed at a hotel where the owner goes above and beyond the call of duty.Sridi Abdeltiv runs a wonderful ship. The facilities are beautiful , the bedrooms wonderful, good mattresses and the place is simply immaculate. After Ryan air had dumped us at Brussells city airport 3 hours late, after taxis had stopped, buses stopped we had to catch a train to Charleroi Airport. Taxi stand was in a dark , scary corner. We rang the hotel and asked for help to order a taxi, 3 mins later it arrived and he even told us we should pay no more tha $25 euros for the taxi. He waited up, gave us a cup of tea, woke us 4 -5 hours later and took us to airport,. We could not speak highly enough of Sridi, his operation and the extremely convenient location Price was exceelent too Well done Sridi

“A quick stop for the night after a late flight”

For the purpose and price we couldn’t have asked for more. A family of four and our flight arrived really late and I had asked by email earlier, whether walking to the hotel would be an option (it wasn’t really) and was offered a free lift from the nearby gas station, which was great! A family of four and our flight arrived really late and I had asked by email earlier, whether walking to the hotel would be an option (it wasn’t really) and was offered a free lift from the nearby gas station, which was great! The hotel rooms were tidy and the hotel was quiet. The host (owner) was extremely helpful and friendly. A croissant and coffee breakfast was included, and first we got a lot of helpful tips and options on how to get to Brussels, elsewhere and back to the airport, the host offered to drive us to the tram station to get to Charleroi center and then proceeded to take us all the way!

“A Great Spot Before a Flight!”

If you have an early flight out of Charleroi airport this is a great spot! Close by, nice and clean. But the main positive were the amazing staff who work there. Especially the father and son who couldn't have done more for me. Drove me to and from the airport and the son also drove me to the tram … lisää

If you have an early flight out of Charleroi airport this is a great spot! Close by, nice and clean. But the main positive were the amazing staff who work there. Especially the father and son who couldn't have done more for me. Drove me to and from the airport and the son also drove me to the tram to head into the city centre, I didn't even ask. They were so unbelievable kind! The only reason I didn't give 5* was I was at a road facing room and it could be a bit noisy (only an issue if you're a light sleeper) but when a large truck or coach passed the room would shake considerably, which was a bit jarring during the night 😅 It probably wouldn't bother another person as much and I know there isn't a lot they can do about it! Other than that it was nearly perfect! 😊

“Lovely hotel”

Lovely hotel close to the airport with beautiful rooms. Very clean hotel. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Good value for money.
