“Five Star Golden Star”
The staff are FANTASTIC. Always cheerful, happy to translate texts into Bosnian, excellent English, happy to spend ages explaining Bosnian phrases that might be useful. “Revisit”
Good cosy single room this visit - clean tidy with TV and fridge and excellent ensuite bathroom. Breakfast has certainly improved - a great choice of food. Staff were new to me and they were excellent helping with translations of Bosnian and giving tips for places to eat/drink.

“Good hotel, well positioned”
Excellent shower, modern room, delicious breakfast. The hotel is right in the old town, near the main square, tourist information centre, Orthodox Church and salt lakes. Not near the railway station/bus station - get a taxi for 4 or 5 KM. Ignore apparently condemned buildings nearby - this is th… lisää

“Golden Star is truly "Golden!"”
The room and the staff are truly exceptional and when I return to beautiful Tuzla, I will always stay here! The room has a great bed and beautiful decore with room to spare (included is a well functioning A/C and a nice small refrigerator!

“Brilliant location, caring and helpful staffs”
Stayed here at least twice when I visited Tuzla. All the rooms I had stayed were ensuited and clean. The Wifi had been much improved this year. Staff member were always nice and willing to help. Don't forget the free postcard!!
